The first music festival that I worked I had the opportunity to be a camera operator for nationally touring bands. I was told that I had natural talent for it and was recruited to work as a camera operator at Mo Pop Festival.

Learning experience

Working in the entertainment industry it's important to know that you are truly working from the bottom up. There may be undesirable tasks that your bosses tell you to do but they will also teach you everything you need to know.

What advice would you give?

Make sure to listen to your superiors but if you have any questions or concerns, always bring it up. There's no such thing as stupid questions because at the end of the day, you're interning with that company to learn as much as you can for the real world.
