Todd directs the evaluation of the ISU 4U Promise by collecting data from Des Moines Public Schools, teachers, students, families, community organizations, volunteers and more. This evaluation helps give direction to the overall progress of the ISU 4U Promise.

Matt is responsible for consulting on, leading, and coordinating inquiry efforts across the Division of Student Affairs. He helps guide the assessment efforts of the pre-collegiate ISU 4U Promise program, and will work with the ISU 4U Promise team and others at ISU to evaluate the campus-based program once students matriculate to ISU.
