International and Outside Central Iowa Student Teaching Open House

Students in the Educator Preparation Program should attend this event to learn about international student teaching placements for the spring 2020 term.  Students who are not yet ready to student teach in spring 2020 are also welcome to attend to learn more about future opportunities.

College of Human Sciences Study Abroad Fair

All College of Human Sciences students are invited to attend the college’s free study abroad fair. You can explore short-term faculty-led programs, semester-long programs, and International Student Teaching locations specifically for CHS majors. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss opportunities with the faculty members leading the programs, learn about the experiences of previous study abroad participants, and register to win a $300 scholarship that would apply toward your study abroad experience during the 2019-2020 academic year.

Iowa State University Study Abroad Fair

Thursday, September 19, 2019
10:30 am - 1:30 p.m. in the Memorial Union

This large study abroad fair will have all programs and college international programs offices present so you can learn about study abroad opportunities. If you couldn’t make it to the CHS Study Abroad Fair, CHS International Programs staff will be available to discuss your program options. You can apply for your passport at the fair if you bring all required documentation.
