In a word, my work can be divided into internal communication and external communication. Internal communication: Timely access to the food and beverage department related tracking records. (including food and beverage promotion, mail records, Lobster.ink, department daily report, etc.) Answer all calls to the food and beverage director, including the transfer and message. Prepare related documents and document the catering department cooperate with various departments to follow up the work (including sign, document form, agreement, etc.) External Communication: Arrange rooms and restaurants for key customers and staff, accompanied by the director for the meeting.
