I was responsible for...
I was in charge of restocking supplies, cleaning the equipment and compiling a list regarding inventory, shopping and attendance of players.

I accomplished...
I was able to create and test a program for a player to be reintroduced to a full lifting program after undergoing "Tommy John" surgery.

My most valuable effort...
Designing the rehab workout plan was valuable, because it was the most practical thing I did. Working as a strength and conditioning coach, because players may get hurt at some point, it is your job to be able to still have that player complete the lifts as safely as possible, while maintaining and progressing in other aspects.

I learned...
Coaching comes in many different styles and there doesn't have to be one uniform way to go about interacting with and helping individual players.

I will never forget...
A memorable experience was helping organize the weight room to the golden rule, in that the room could be "folded" in the middle and would match up with the opposite side of the room.

A surprising discovery...
There is a great deal of patience needed, at times, with this job.

Advice for others...
