I will never forget...
The most memorable experience I have had, is having my client send me a picture after only 60 days of working together. He had lost 23 lbs and 10% BF. When he sent me the picture of the day we started next to the picture of him 60 days later, I couldn't believe it. It was really humbling to see that all my hard work was paying off. Changing someones life is a rewarding thing and should never be taken lightly. It is moments like these that make me proud to do what I do.

Advice for others...
Be prepared to step outside your comfort zone. Nothing truly fun or exciting in life comes within your comfort zone. For me, when you get outside your normal and do things you wouldn't normally do, and then it pays off. Those are the moments that are special and mold you into the person you are going to be. Take risks, Be kind, and do what makes you happy. That is what will lead to the most successes.
