WebCT GOLD: How to review a quiz submission
February 19, 2008
For each quiz, the instructor determines WHEN students will receive their scores and WHAT information will be available as feedback to the students.
If a quiz has been designed to provide scores and feedback to students, students can review their graded submission(s) for a quiz as follows:
- Click the ASSESSMENT link
- Pull down the arrow next to the quiz title and select "View submission".
- A link will appear for each submission you have had. These are labeled "Attempt 1", "Attempt 2" and so on. Click an attempt link to see review that submission. Based on the quiz settings the instructor has made, you may see some combination of:
- your answer choice
- your score
- the correct answer, and
- the percentage (score weighting) assigned to the answer choices.
Often results are not available until after the availability window for the quiz has closed. If you are allowed to submit a quiz more than one time, then the results will normally only indicate your answer choice and your score and not include the correct answer.
