WebCT GOLD: Forwarding Email

In WebCT Gold, mail is a global function and not specific to any individual course. To have your course mail copied to your ISU email account, e.g. someone@iastate.edu, do the following:

1. Log into WebCT Gold. You should then be at your "MyWebCT Gold" screen.

2. Click on My Settings (look to the top right corner of the screen). You should be on the "My Profile" tab, which displays your ISU email address.

3. Click the My Tool Options tab.

4. Scroll down to the Mail section and check the box to indicate mail should be forwarded to your profile email address. Make any other default changes you wish at this time.

   • To have your ISU email address forwarded to a non-ISU address, log in at https://asw.iastate.edu and change the settings in the "manage user" section.)

5. Scroll down and click the Save button.
