WebCT GOLD: Course ID for Testing Services

ISU Testing Services will transfer bubble sheet grades to your WebCT course gradebook if you request them to do so. Testing Services will need to know both the assigned Course ID of your WebCT class account and the exact name of the column into which the scores should be posted. You can find the Course Id number as follows:

1. Log into your WebCT class account
   

2. Click the TEACH tab
   

3. Click on the ISU Admin Tools link

• This is the same tool that is used to synchronize enrollment with the Registrar's course lists. If this link has not yet been added to your course, follow the instructions at http://www.celt.iastate.edu/webct/GOLD_AdminTools.pdf

4. The first panel of the Administrative Tools frame includes the text "Administrative Tools for ....". Below this is a string of letters and numbers beginning with F2007-, X2007-, etc. in curved parentheses, ( ). This is the Course Id number needed by Testing Services.
