Microsoft Office 2007: Re-arranging Files that Display too Large

Problem:

One or more files are open. They are displaying so large that the left hand side of a file and/or the top of a file is not visible on the screen. This interferes with scroll bar use.

 

Solution:

The quickest way to resolve the display problem is to have the program re-arrange the document windows. This will also resize each open file so that the top and both sides display within the program window.

1. Click on the "View" tab.
2. Click on "Arrange All."
3. Click the radio button next to "Cascade."
4. Click the "OK" button.
