A Compendium of Journals Published by the Family and Consumer Sciences Research Institute at Iowa State University
April 2005
ABOUT THIS COMPENDIUM:
This compendium of journals relevant to Family and Consumer Sciences was originally a
product of NCR-52 Family Economics Committee and the Family Economics Research Group,
Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture. NCR-52 Family Economics is
a regional committee under the auspices of the State Agricultural Experiment Stations and
the Cooperative State Research Service, USDA. Committee members established the format for
this journal that was first published in 1992.
Information has been updated by personnel of the Family and Consumer Sciences Research
Institute (FCSRI) at Iowa State University. The Family and Consumer Sciences Research
Institute expresses sincere appreciation to the editors of the journals represented herein
for providing information.
The purpose of this compendium is to help people prepare their research for submission
to a journal.
