The Masters of Family and Consumer Sciences-Youth Development degree program is a 36-credit web-based program that has its roots in Positive Youth Development. Rather than focusing solely on corrective measures, a Positive Youth Development approach equips individuals in the second decade of life with the skill set necessary for a successful transition into adulthood.
The Youth Development Specialist Graduate Certificate and the Youth Program Management and Evaluation Graduate Certificate are each a 13-credit subset of the degree program offered online.

Why Study Youth Development?
