The Master of Family and Consumer Sciences-Comprehensive degree option covers a variety of family and consumer sciences subject matter. It is a non-thesis degree.


Students have the flexibility to design a program of study that best meets their professional goals. In lieu of a thesis or creative component, the student prepares a final paper and takes an oral final integrative exam.


Students typically complete the program in three years while employed full time. A computer with minimum specifications, web access, and an email address are required to complete the program on-line.
