Human Sciences faculty, staff to receive university awards in September
The College of Human Sciences will be well represented at the university’s fall convocation and awards ceremony. The event will be held on Sep. 22 at 3:15 p.m. in the Sun Room of the Memorial Union. A reception will follow. The event is open to the public.
Among those who will recognized with awards from Iowa State University at the event are these outstanding members of the College of Human Sciences faculty and staff: Barbara Licklider, professor, educational leadership and policy studies, University Professor; Michael Clough, associate professor, curriculum and instruction, Award for Outstanding Achievement in Teaching; Larry Ebbers, University Professor, educational leadership and policy studies, Award for Outstanding Achievement in Extension or Professional Practice; Sedahlia Crase, professor, human development and family studies, Margaret Ellen White Graduate Faculty Award; Susan Hegland, associate professor, human development and family studies, Regents Award for Faculty Excellence; Christine Wise, academic advisor/lecturer, apparel, educational studies, and hospitality management, Award for Academic Advising Impact; Lesia Oesterreich, family life extension specialist, human development and family studies, Regents Award for Staff Excellence (Professional and Scientific); Joyce Lash, family resource management field specialist, Families Extension, Professional and Scientific Outstanding New Professional.
