Fall 2008 Interns

Interim dean Pamela White and Carla Peterson, associate dean for research and graduate education, recognized students for their participation in the fall 2008 Rosenfeld Internship Research Program. Incoming spring 2009 interns also introduced their research project and career goals with the group.

Bauer, a fall 2008 intern, was recognized for her work on the "National welfare, children, and families three-city study" with Brenda Lohman, assistant professor in human development and family studies. Mottet, a fall 2008 intern, continues to work with Litchfield, assistant professor of food science and human nutrition, on the "Promoting health literacy through the school nutrition environment," research study.

Rosenfeld interns not pictured include:

• Senior Nicolle Putnam and faculty member Manju Reddy, associate professor of food science and human nutrition. Putnam worked with Reddy on the "Affect of isoflavones on reducing cardiovascular disease risk in postmenopausal women" study.
