• Annette McGuire, a senior in dietetics from Algona, IA who worked with Kevin Schalinske, an associate professor from the food science and human nutrition.
• Lisa Olson, a senior in dietetics from Humboldt, IA who participated in a study alongside D. Lee Alekel, associate professor of food science and human nutrition.
• Lynn Torrence, a senior in dietetics from Lisbon, IA who also conducted her study with D. Lee Alekel, associate professor of food science and human nutrition.
