Finalized Account Numbers
This information is being shared broadly to ease the transition to new administrative codes for the College of Human Sciences. We hope that this will serve as a good resource for service departments and College of Human Sciences faculty and staff.

The Account Conversion table specifies old accounts and titles and their corresponding new accounts and titles for all fund types, including general fund, revolving funds, sponsored funds, etc.

The Department Codes table reflects the old and new organization codes and department codes for each unit within the new college (and where appropriate, the codes that are no longer needed and are, therefore, set to be deleted.) It includes a description of "main" and "sub" department codes, as a single unit may use multiple department codes to represent various uses. This report also lists the official name and abbreviations for each code.

The 70X Accounts table provides a more detailed account conversion list (containing such information as organization code, department code, recipient name and address) for general fund accounts only.
