The deadline for Summer 2009 IMSEP scholarship awards has passed. Students meeting the following criteria will be contacted with details about the Fall 2009 application process.

CRITERIA

The successful applicant will:

• be admitted to the ISU teacher education program -OR- the MAT program in science education -OR- the Math Licensure M.Ed. program.
• be preparing to teach science and/or math at the secondary level. Students majoring in elementary education may be considered if they have declared an emphasis in science or math.
• be registered for a minimum of 10 credit hours (Fall 2009 / Spring 2010)
• show professional promise and evidence of leadership potential as described in 2 letters of recommendation.
• have registered with the ISU Office of Student Financial Aid and completed a FAFSA form.
